We’re looking for passionate, community-minded individuals to help shape the future of YEAH! by joining our Board of Directors. If you believe in the power of music to inspire, uplift, and unite — we want to hear from you.

ABOUT YEAH!

YEAH! is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth voices through music education and creative collaboration. We offer socially conscious, year-round programs for youth ages 6–17, creating safe, inclusive spaces for self-expression and artistic growth.

We prioritize collaboration over competition, center youth voices, and actively engage with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth, non-English speaking families, and Title 1 public school communities throughout Middle Tennessee.

Are you available to attend monthly hybrid board meetings between 6 - 8pm?

Are you able to meet the minimum board contribution amount of $1,000 per year? (monetary, in kind, services or other budget relieving contributions)

What perspectives or experiences will you bring to our work around youth, music, and community?

How much time can you realistically commit to meetings, events, and community involvement? We estimate a minimum of 4 hours x month.
